Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, our team will begin preparing it for shipment. The time it takes to prepare your order for dispatch (processing time) can vary depending on product availability and order volume.

2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

3. Shipping Methods and Carriers
We partner with reliable national carriers, such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx, to deliver your orders. The specific carrier and service level for your order will be chosen at our discretion to ensure the most efficient and reliable delivery option available.

4. Shipping Costs

6. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, which may incur additional shipping fees.

7. What If I'm Not Home?
For your convenience, most carriers will leave your package at your door or in a secure location. If a signature is required or if the carrier cannot safely leave the package, they will typically follow their own procedures, which may include leaving a notice with instructions for pickup or redelivery. Please refer to the information provided by the carrier via your tracking number for specific details.

8. P.O. Boxes
We are able to ship to P.O. Boxes using USPS. Please note that some service levels or larger items may not be eligible for delivery to a P.O. Box.
