Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Guerya. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help with a straightforward return process.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and have all original tags attached.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
Proof of purchase (order number) is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
Any item without its original tags or packaging.
Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
Accessories.
Items purchased during a final sale or clearance promotion.
3. Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns received without an RMA number may not be processed.

Step 2: Pack and Ship
Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, if possible. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip. Please mail your return to the address provided by our customer service team, which will include your RMA number.
Note: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for return packages lost in transit.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of its status.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment.
Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. This typically takes 5-10 business days after the refund is issued.
The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order on our website.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We apologize if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Please contact us immediately at returns@guerya.com with your order number and details of the issue. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return the item and will process a full refund or replacement upon receipt, as you prefer.
